This service is like having your own showings coordinator. Instead of calls for Realtor showings going directly to your phone number they are directed to the showing service call center. They will coordinate the appointment by following your showing instructions.
Benefits of using the showing service are:
1. Feedback: The showing service sends out up to three emails to the showing agent requesting feedback. This can be very valuable information to help you fine tune your approach.
2. Professional Look: Your listing looks more professional on the MLS (all calls go to an 800# not “Call owner at…”)
3. Security: Showing service will verify the agent’s real estate license.
4. No missed showings: Use of the showing service and a lock box are very powerful tools. They allow for coordination of showings even when you cannot be reached or cannot make the showing.
