This option is for those who want a sign shipped to their home. You are only charged $20 for shipping and handling. You will receive a professional Berg Properties sign to advertise your home. The sign includes a stake to put the sign in the ground. The sign could be used in a window or attached to a fence. “For Sale by Owner” signs discourage agents from showing your property. Some agents get confused over whether you are offering a buyer's broker commission when they see an FSBO sign. A professional sign will help with individual buyers as well because it presents a good image.
